QTJ4-18 is the PLC controlled concrete block making machine. It is all mechanical transmission, with concrete mixer assembled, drops 4 blocks of standard brick 390x190x190mm. It has the features of compact structure, reliable operation, easy to use, little maintenance and low failure rate. It uses the synchronous vibration and weight of top mould for the compression of the brick. The finished bricks are with excellent shape, dense structure, high strength and lower cement consumption.
