In the contact or contactless smart card, the chip communicates with the card reader through  contact card reader or RFID induction technology (at data rates of 106 to 848 kbit/s). These cards require insert the card reader or only close proximity to an antenna to complete transaction.

We have compiled the following frequently asked questions to help you understand how our services work and how we can help you.

1. How about the quality of your products?

We buy chip from the chip company such as Siemens or NXP directly.

We use German Heidelberg Offset Printer to do the printing, the color can be CMYK or PMS. Our ink is the Tiger ink from Japan. They both are the best machine and ink around the world. If there are problems about the quality, we can redo it for you. Our sample is free, but you need pay for the shipping cost.

2. If I want 1000pcs cards, but have 4 design, can you make it for me?

We can do 4x250pcs for you, but the price of 4x250pcs and 4x1000pcs are the same.

If I quote 1000pcs cards for you, normally it means only have one design file, same picture and same words.

3. I have a very high standard for my card, it must have best printing and best color, can you do that?

Normally we use makeup printing, means we print many client's cards together in one page. All the printing color are proofread by the professional chromatography.

But there are also two problems can influence the color. 1. As you know different display screen has different color so the color in your computer maybe is different in our computer. 2. Printing color and display screen color are two different Color concept, they adopt different principle.

To avoid these problem, our printing will strictly according to the CMYK color number or PMS color number. We will control the color error in 10%.

If you also can not satisfied with this color level, we advise you print your cards alone in one page, not printing together with our other client's card. The price will higher but we can control the error limit in 5%.

4. If the design file confirmed, can it be changed again?

Sorry, it can not changed. Because we use makeup printing, the date when you confirm the file, we will make the printing film in the same day. If you want change it, our other client's cards will be delayed. So pls carefully check the design before you confirm it.

5. I want 100pcs 200pcs 500pcs and 1000pcs cards, give me your price.

 We wrote our MOQ is 100pcs, but actually the price of 100pcs and 500pcs have same price.  Because we use Offset Printing and makeup printing, we will make 500pcs cards at least in each printing position. And normally we advise you make 1000pcs cards, because the price is almost the same with 500pcs.

6. I want cards very very soon, it's a very urgent order, can you make it faster?

If you want faster, we can print your cards alone, it can save 1-2days. But if you want much faster, we also provide urgent service, the price will depend on how urgernt it is.

7. I want make some cards, but I want you make one sample for me to check the quality, can you do that for free?

Making sample also need use our offset printer, it's not free. But when you place the order, and the quantity is large enough, we can return your sample fee back to you.

8. Can you send cards to my country to my hone to my hand?

We provide shipping service. We can send cards to you by express or by air or by sea.

If by express it need about 3-5days, DHL/Fedex/TNT will send cards to your home to your hand.

if by air it need about a week, but only send goods to the airport, you need pick up them by yourself.

If by sea it need about 30days, but price very cheap, also you need go to seaport to pick up them

9. What kinds of card do you make?

1. PVC material like your bank card material, with printing. And you can change the shape color size and thickness.

2. PVC material with chip inside the card, like your hotel key card.

3. Paper card, normally use for business card or phone card.

4. Metal card, normally use for special business card.
