Packing term and Payment term------------------------------------------------------------

For standard card size: 250 PCS per white box, 10 boxes per carton.(50*23.5*13 CM).

For customized size card: confirm the packing way before placing an order.

Payment: T/T, WESTERN UNION are accepted, for T/T, deposit payment needed.

How to place an order?-----------------------------------------------------------------------

1. Discuss with us by TradeManager, Skype, MSN or E-Mail

2. Show the size ,quantity and crafts needed to us, we will do the production as per your request.

3. Send us the original design file and confirm what you need on the cards.

     ♥  The color of the design file are CMYK or Pantone Color

     ♥  The form of the design file are AI, CDR, PDF, JPG. Resolution should beyound 300dpi.

     ♥  Design file should be outlined or send the font to us.

4. Confirm the production order and Transfer the agreed deposit payment money.

5. Production time (8-9 working days)

6. Confirm the delivery and transfer the remainder payment before delivery

Do I really receive an actual plastic card as a proof or just a PDF by email?

Yes, we print some plastic cards or key tags which we send to you in the post so you can see exactly how they’ll look. These are printed on the same printing presses that your order will be produced on, using the same materials.

What are your cards made from?

They’re made from 100% plastic. Some of our competitors use a compressed cardboard core to reduce cost, we don’t and never will. Our plastic cards are as durable as the credit or debit card in your wallet or purse.

Are your cards really printed in full colour on both sides?

Yes, and whether we print on one side or both the price is the same. Take advantage of this and have a stunning card design. We can recreate spot or Pantone colours but we print these from CMYK.

Can my cards have rounded corners?

All our cards have rounded corners as standard - just like a credit or debit card.

I’ve seen cards with a matt laminate, are these more expensive?

All our cards are supplied with a gloss laminate as standard. Matt laminate is also available at no extra cost - just let us know which you prefer. If your cards have large areas of dark colour, say black or dark blue, we recommend a matt laminate, they look great.

How long will it take to print my order?

Your cards or key tags will be delivered 7 days after you’ve approved the final proof.

Can I order cards without any extras?

Yes, of course, our cards aren’t just used as membership cards, gift cards, loyalty cards or key tags, you can create your own without any extras and use them however you like.

I’m ready to place an order, what do I do?

Step 1. Send your artwork to us by email and let us know how many cards you want.
Step 2. We'll then send you an invoice by email. You can pay by credit/debit card, BACS or cheque.
Step 3. Once the payment is completed, we’ll send a proof to you
Step 4. After you’ve approved the proof, we will print your order and deliver it to you 8-10 days later.

Can I have thinner plastic cards?

Off course; our standard cards are 760 micron thick, the same as a debit or credit card. We also supply 420 and 680 micron cards. 

I cannot see what I want. What can I do?

If you're after a product that's not listed - or you need something completely bespoke - then call us or contact us by skype of email and we will call you back.

When will my cards arrive?

We will deliver your plastic cards or key tags 8-9 days after proof approval.
