(1) Compound floor panel corrugate steel panel adopt galvanized steel panel, whose zinc thickness satisfied not rust and broken in lifetime.

Product test
a, Dynamic load test, qualified floor panel need to do few dynamic load test, and get the compound panel shear-bond coefficient, test the bond capability of floor panel and concrete, get the design load on large span.
b,Fire test ,used three sets of floor panel do load tested 1.5 hours 2 hours and 3 hours in experiment office, and test floor panel temperature distribution, get if the floor panel reach heat insulation requirement ,how the positive moment resistance during fire test.
Floor panel structure and usage
Floor panel thickness 0.8mm,1.0mm,1.2mm width:600mm~750mm, height 35 mm ~ject floor panel and reinforced concrete structure together effective, which is compound structure. lay floor panel connected with girder, panel terminal weld with girder, middle adopt peg penetrate girder and weld, between floor panels seam and press hole with special clamping jaws plug with special galvanized plug panel and weld floor panel and girder. if it is with anchors and contoured then cut with the plasma cut machine, cut smoothly, galvanized layer keep intact. floor panel weld adopt manual arc spot welding, welding rod E4303,diameter3.2mm,Penetration welding point 16mm. The original design spot pitch305mm,then increased 1 times, to make sure deform when work people walking on it,keep not leakage when purring concrete, when floor structure height is different, adopt adding weld ways, make level structure step and step, when low the standard height, weld angle iron, make the edge of channel steel more high. When meet the floor with hole, generally size more than 500mm×500mm,adopt open hole ways, and weld with type steel, when hole size smaller than 500mm×500mm,adopt adopt post opening hole ways, which is adding cut panel on terminal of the panel, net piece of steel reinforcement crossing, cut reinforcement when concrete into shape.
Install Note
Steel structure generally gap is 5~9.0m×8~15m,secondary beam gap is 3m,and the down slope length of floor panel 4.97~8.97m,it is hard to deliver and install, specially floor panel with round arc vertical install, it is difficult to set between secondary beam from up and down ,and mess the normal welding process of secondary beam. Control the blank length 3-6m,which avoid when do vertical delivering problem between secondary beam, adopt specialized soft ling, which is needed to be checked if soft sling with scratch, cut when work with soft sling each time, floor panel set on girder which needs to avoid prolong terminal .workers should wear safety belt when laying. Weld adopt penetrate weld point connection way, before welding, should prepare some scrap to test weld, adjust the weld electricity, due to without level platform and vertical support under the floor panel, it is difficult to gather when purring concrete, adopt flat vibrating tramper separate vibrate in time.
Install process
Floor panel work process: snap line—count panel---sling ---set platform---cut ---stress---side weld---terminal weld---set hole---block---test---peg nail---set reinforcement---insert plate---concrete—maintain, of course, all of process need a good work reorganization, according to factual work ,work into two parts: First part in charge of delivering, including 5 workers, second part in charge of laying, including set reinforcement, cutting, installment, setting hole, each 3 persons in a group, in charge of one section,4 groups work at the same time. Next process which needs to special worker to maintain, when fixed reinforcement and pouring concrete. Following the way:
(1) First snap the girder central line in laying area, Girder’ central line is control line when laying floor panel, the lap width decided to girder’ central line, and decided to weld point between floor panel with girder, secondary beam central line is decided to the position of weld of peg nail. Due to it is difficult see the edge position of the secondary beam when finished laying floor panel, so put the width of central line of secondary beam, snap on girder central line, snap the width of central line and edge again to secondary beam when fixed peg nails.
(2)Clearly count the floor panel on site and number them, named layer, code, number, and mark them ,and deliver to point place.
(3)Adopt specialized sling ,to keep the floor panel intact, not deform, no edge curl, steel structure designed generally adopt 3 layers as one section process, Install floor panel and girder in one step,3 layers is difference at least, so it is only can cross from up of the girder, and workers should try to control each girder in process.
(4)Adopt plasma cut machine or panel cutter to cut edge, cut edge should control in field of 5mm,adopt some ways when pouring concrete, prevent to leakage.
(5)Adopt snap stress connection between floor panels, make pieces of panel in a whole, first weld side of floor panel then fixed two terminal, fixed with peg nails at last.
(6)Strengthen concrete maintain process.
