The Specification of the 3 inch suction hose:

Tube: According as Applications.

Reinforcement: By Nylon cord ply with 1 helix steel wire embedded.

Cover: Black EPDM (Water) or CR (Oil) compound, cloth surface with water and weather resistant.

Temperature:-30°C+80°C

Application of the 3 inch suction hose:

Because the hose can be used at positive and negative pressures, so it is widely used in industry, agriculture, mining, building etc, for sucking or conveying solid or liquid materials such as water, oil, sand and cement under condition of vacuity 60~80kpa without tending to distortion, ply separation and is of good flexibility.

Tubes and covers can be compounded for different applications.

Transport solids or liquids such

as water, sand, coal dust and mud under normal temperature.

Pipe sand blasting hose is widely used for delivering liquid or solid materials such as water, oil, sand and cement in fields of industry, agriculture, mining, construction etc.

Performance for 3 inch suction hose:

It shows good capacity on bearing both positive and negative pressure. The hose body has favorable bending properties and can work well under the vacuum of 60-80kpa with no flattening due to pumping and delamination but firm hose body. The inner rubber lining of the hoses can serve different media and the rubber cover is weather-resistant, anti-aging and wear-proof. The hose surfaces can be classified into corrugated surface and plane surface If customers need, various metal joints and assemblies can be prepared for the hose.

Material of the 3 inch suction hose:

The inner rubber liner is made of black synthetic rubber, which is wear proof and impact resistant; the framework layer is composed of synthetic fabric laminate or spiral steel cord layer; the rubber cover can select black or light color rubber.
