1.What is your minimum order quantity?

 Minimum order quantity varies by product line. For our bulk products such as PTFE coaxial cable, our typical minimum order quantity is 1,000 ft. for factory orders, however most of our bulk cable is also available in much smaller quantities directly from our distributor network (reference the Customer Service Tab) on this site. Through the Webstore located on this site, the minimum test cable order quantity is one piece.  

2.What is your standard Quote turnaround time?  

Most standard products can be quoted the same day via email. Additionally, real time quotes for test cables may be obtained from the Webstore on this site. Finally, quotes for highly engineered products to a detailed specification may require several days or more to complete, but we are generally working with you throughout this process to provide the best possible product to meet your needs.
