Inner wrap tapeT100 is engineered to assure a high bond to the primed pipe surface with excellent conformability, aggressive adhesive for corrosion protection and repair of main line coatings.
T100 is a multilayer system used for the protection of steel pipelines. They are designed for machine or brush application and formulated with stress-corrosion cracking inhibitors. The T1100 can also be used for ductile iron pipes, in this case the use of P27 primer is recommended.
Inner wrap tapeT100 series is Cold applied tape coating system for corrosion protection of Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, and Waste Water pipelines, pipe can be buried, underground ,overhead ,onshore and offshore .

Usage

Provides long-term anticorrosion to steel pipelines.
Repair of damaged factory applied corrosion protection and anticorrosion to pipe surface
Outlining weld beads and cut backs prior to wrapping bare-welded joints.
Outlining seams on spiral and seam welded pipe.
