XUNDA wrapping coating materials for gas oil water steel piping  steel pipe corrosion protection tape   is suitable to any diameters for petroleum, natural gas, water supply, 

city gas, oil and electric power industries etc. the systems are inner wrap tape and outer wrap tape, primer and Putty. 

The  XUNDA wrapping coating materials for gas oil water steel piping - similar polyken steel pipe corrosion protection tape as consists of two parts: 
1. Adhesive: Inner layer of Butyl rubber. 

2. Backing: Outer layer of Polyethylene(PE) Plastic.

T-240 (0.38mm), T-250 (0.51mm), T-265 (0.64mm), T-280 (0.76mm), T-2100 (1.02mm), T-2130 (1.27mm); 

Joint wrap tape: 

T-365 (0.64mm), T-380 (0.76mm), T-3100 (1.02mm), T-3130 (1.27mm); 

Thickness:0.38mm-1.3mm, Width:50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 150mm, 230mm, 300mm 

Lengh: 30-300m 

Synthetic Primer: 

P19: Solid content 19%; 

P27: Solid content 27%. 

Mastic filler:: 

N99: Solid content 99

1)The inner-layer tape shall be applied directly onto the prepared pipe surface,

Wrap tape application consists of hand application and machine application. 

2)The tape applied temperature must be above 5 degrees, the coating construction temperature shall be

 more than -5 degrees as better.

3)The tape shall be spirally applied ,minimum overlap shall not be less than 50%.When applied to

 spirally welded pipe , the direction of the tape spiral shall be generally parallel to the weld spiral.

The minimum overlap shall not be less than 25 mm. 

4)When a new row of tape is started, the ends shall be overlapped at least 150 mm measured circumference.
