Hydrophilic Hydrophilic is an important factor decide abrasive material's binding force and influence coated abrasives produce cost and performance. Bulk density Bulk density is an important technological parameter,abrasive grain's density ,shape and grit distribution are decisive factors for it.bulk density is closely related on abrasive tool's formability, strength,porosity and influence grinding performance. Shape Shape of abrasive grain also is a very important performance. blocky shape(sphere) is more perfect, it influences toughness,bulk density and hydrophilic. Abrasive through advanced plastic and selection processing,could obviously increase the product form content such as blocky shape grains. |
Character: ACH:blue.Selection of brown fused alumina after high temperature calcination,has higher strength and hydrophilic,can eliminate abnormal abrasive firing at the time of the expansion, can avoid abrasive mesh after firing the generation of cracks and rusty spot.
Application: ACH suitable for advanced consolidation abrasive and high-grade coated abrasive.
Supplying grains: ACH is available in grits F12,..,F600; & P16,...,P600. Other sizes are also available on request.
