Application:

DIY series Waste Engine Oil Discoloring and Oil Regeneration Equipment is used to purify the waste engine oil, it can efficiently remove the abrasive dust, foundry sand, impurities, moisture, organic acid and inorganic acid from the waste engine oil, and remove carbon particles, deteriorated oxide etc...Articulates from waste engine oil, and also remove gelatin and asphalt from the oil. It can break the emulsion and improve the color of the oil, make the purified oil's color approximate to the new oil, recover the oil's property and improve the engine oil's operation performance, reduce the abrasiveness, to assure the engine oil lubricating system operate normally, prolong the service life of the gas engine and the oil.

Characteristics:

1. Strong ability of filtering impurities refers to the characteristics of the waste engine oil: Heavy particle sand, much impurities, badly dirty oil, it combines magnetic filtration with densification filtration step by step.

2. It can remove the water and other harmful air in the oil.

3. Adopted step air-cooling and waste air filtration to deal with the mixed air which had been pumped in the system.Increased the equipment's effective output, prolonged the life-span of the vacuum pump. It is not only protecting the vacuum pump, but also protecting the environment.

Maintenance
A. check and adjust after oil purifier works for a period of time
   1. all the electric control apparatus
   2. temperature controller
   3. oil seals and motor couplings
   4. clean filter elements, check pumps and motors
   5. all the pipes for leaking
B. Clean the motor and change the lubricating grease
C. Check and add specified lubricating oil to vacuum pump,
D. If oil purifier is not in use for one month or more, put it on a dry, flat ground, close all valves and electric cabinet, cove the whole machine with canvas.
