• How to put on your swim cap

1.     Begin at your forehead.

2 .    Place the front edge of cap against your forehand,put your hands inside of the cap and         slowly stretch it back over your head.

3.    Tuck all of the extra hair inside the cap as you pull it over.

4.    If you have long hair,put your hair in a ponytail or bun before putting the cap on to make        it  easier for yourself.

5.   Starting at your forehead,pull the swim cap back and down,scoop your ponytail or bun         into it,and let it snap in place
