We ship goods by UPS/DHL/FEDEX/TNT express which takes 3~ 5 days to arrive, or by air cargo which takes about one week to arrive , or by sea which takes about one month to arrive , depending on your actual

Quality Control 

100% of the lamps will be tested and kept lighting for 48 hours to make sure its quality reliability , and we will also test its temperature after 24 hours’ lighting.

Then after it is cool the full inspection will be done for the lamps to make sure it will work well. Each lamp must pass all these QC procedures before shipping to customer.

Warranty and Terms 

1. Three years since the date of purchase

2. Under the terms of this warranty, if the product have a failure occurs under normal usage within warranty period, we will provide free/rework new products

3. If Failure or damage due to incorrect operation, wire connection, or anything else not follow our instruction, Jasional will provide paid maintained within warranty period.
