1) Payment terms
Sample order: Full payment before delivery. Accept Bank T/T, Paypal, Alipay, Western Union etc.
Bulk order: Bank T/T 30% deposit, 70% balance before delivery

2) Lead time
3 days for sample order; 3-10 days for bulk order

4)We only ship to confirmed order addresses. Your order address must match your shipping address.

5)Service transit time is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit time may vary, particularly during the holiday season.

3) Warranty
1 year after delivery
All products purchased in our company are guaranteed to keep in good repair for one year. If quality problems happen in guarantee period, our company will maintain them for free.

After-sales service isn't restricted by time and region. we will assign technicists to solve ralated problems immediately after receiving telephone calls or hearing feedback from our customers and deal with them in time. 4) Return Policy
Within warranty period, when you find defective products of quality problem but not caused by mis-use, send them back on your freight cost; we check and repair and send back repaired or new units as replacement.
