the raw liquid flows under pressure inside or outside the membrane, then the macromolecule sunstances and colliod particle in the raw liquid are blocked at surface and brought away by cirlculating raw liquid and become concemtrated liquid, so the purpose to separate, comcentrate, and purify is achieved.
