Manufacture of UV resistance PVC with Nitrile rubber (NBR) layflat hose

Construction: Circular polyester weave extruded internally and externally with NBR-PVC.

The reinforcement is made from circular wovenfilament polyester yarn.

Production method: extrusion through the weave give a very strong bonding between cover and lining as well as firmly encapsluting the woven polyester

It is lighter and less bulky than most rubber discharge hoses. and resist abrasion and weathering.

Used in many varied applications, with limited oil and chemical use.

Resisting kinking and stretching while in service.

Applications:

• Wash-down

• Drainage pumps

• Water Discharge

• Drainage

• Irrigation installations

• Pumping of sludge and liquid fertilizers

• Temporary installations (by-passes)

We can produce lay flat hose acording to your request on Inner Diameter, working pressure and length per roll.Before send you right quotation, pls kindly confirm with me.

2. About sample before order

We can supply 20-50cm free sample for your test or little longer, you just need to pay express freight or we can do freight collect.

3. MOQ

Usually our MOQ is 1000m each size, but for first cooperation we also accept little order, so any order is welcomed.

4.Shipping and delivery

We can send to you by sea/air/express according to you, ususally deliver within 7 working days after receive deposit.
