Q2: Where is your company? How can I visit there?  
A: Our Company is located in Room 2304, Building 1, No. 157 Fuyuan Road, Jinshui District, Zhengzhou, Henan, China. Visitors can come to our company by train to Zhengzhou station or by plane to Zhengzhou Airport.

Q3:How can I get samples? 
A: Free Samples will be sent to customers by economic international express if available, Freight Charge will be normally on buyer’s account.                   

Q4:How does your factory do regarding quality control? 
A: Zhengzhou Yuanda Cable Co., Ltd. has passed ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, CCC certificates. Each products must be went through professional test. We promise to provide qualified cables.

Q5. Which payment terms do you accept?

A: The payment term varies with different price and total value of each contract.

Common terms are as follows:

a.100% TT advance for small amount orders.

b. T/T 30% deposit, and balance payment negotiable accordingly.

Other payment terms also can be available by both sides agreement.

A: MOQ varies as per the cable type.Normally 500 meters for big diameter cables. Please feel free to contact us directly for detail information if you have any specific requirements.
