1. General description

Our Services

AAAC cable All Aluminum Alloy Conductor is made from aluminium-magnesium-silicon alloy of high electrical conductivity containing enough magnesium silicide to give it better mechanical properties after treatment. These conductors are generally made out of aluminium alloy 6201. AAAC cable has a better corrosion resistance and better strength to weight ratio and improved electrical conductivity than ACSR conductor on equal diameter basis.

4. Advantages
AAAC (All Aluminum Alloy Conductor) conductor cable referred to have higher strength but lower conductivity than pure aluminum. Being lighter, alloy conductors can sometimes be used to advantage in place of the more conventional ACSR; Having lower breaking loads than the latter, their use becomes particularly favorable when ice and win loadings are low.

Packaging & Shipping

1).Wrapped in rolls/coils/rings with plastic film for small diameter cables such as building wires.
2).Treated wooden/steel-wooden drums for big diameter cables.
3).Cables are normally supplied in lengths of 100 meters,500 meters and 1000 meters according to cable size.Other lengths could be supplied if agreements are reached by both side.

Packaging: In rolls/coils, wooden drums, steel drums or steel-wooden drums.

Shipping:

1. Sample will be mailed by DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT, EMS etc for your selection (Freight Charge normally will be on buyer’s account).

2. Large quantity will be shipped by sea.
