White Ink is a type of eco solvent ink , which is special for Black T shirt , textile , metal , wood , leather printing by its unique feature . Combimated with color ink , it can print any image you want with smooth running and no nozzles jam .

Tips for back t shirt printing with white ink :

1. The white ink in stock should be mixed one to two times weekly to prevent spoilage.and it should be full shake well before use.

2.after every printing process:

l Do a based clean and remove the nozzle

l Clean and dry the squeegee

l Fill the syringe with cleaning liquid,drip on the absorbing ink pad ,then manual pushing the pipe of waste cartridge for 3 to 5 times,until the residual ink on the absorbing ink pad is washed away.

l Fill the cleaning liquid on the absorbing ink pad,manual move the nozzle back to the end of right, screws the phillips screws of absorbing ink pad to lock the nozzle with cross screwdriver  

3.keep printing or cleaning once a day,if keep power off more than 5 days,the nozzle must having a thorough cleaning with cleaning liquid and storing up.
