1. Winding style: By nozzle moving up/down(with nozzle forward /back moving at same time),and iron core rotate,winding at any track.
2. Nozzle moving up/down by linear motor.To makes moving simple,reliable,higher accruacy and fit for high speed winding.
3. Make  sure  for  better quality of slots full-ratio and winding traversing afer using full-servo electric tensioner.
4. Machine base and body are with total iron,to confirm machine more stable and rigidity.
5. Making with standard design and product can be changed easily,only need to change fixture and winding program for different iron height and different No. of pole.
6. Sending wire with real wire size,to make winding with all line traversing or staged  traversing.
7. Every layer could change nozzle height up/down, when winding,to avoid wire loose and make wire more colse.
