Two -component fast drying polyester putty, very high filling power, good adhesion, easy sanding

Applied substrates 

Uneven metal surface that after sanding and degreasing; Anti-rust coated surface after grinding.

Surface Cleaning

Remove wax, silicon and other impurities with degreaser.

Mixing Ratio

For every 100 parts putty mix with 2-3 parts catalyst (weight ratio)

Usable Time

2-3mins. after mixing,20°C(Fast drying)

5-6mins. after mixing,20°C(Standard)

8-9mins. after mixing,20°C(Slow drying)

Apparatus

Apply with filling knife, rubber or plastic spreader

Drying Time(Time till sanding)

25-50mins,20℃

Sanding

wet grinding or dry grinding with P60-P240 abrasive paper

Substrate with the thermoplastic paint, plastic primer, anti-corrosive paint
