Use
This machine is suitable for vacuum drying and mixing of powder, granular materials for food, chemical and other industries, especially for the following required materials:
1. Do not accept the high temperature heat-sensitive materials;
2. Easy oxidation,dangerous materials;
3. The material to be recovered solvents and toxic gases
4. need very low residual volatile matter content of the material
5. seek adequate mixing and uniform material.
Principle
SZG double cone rotating vacuum drier has double cone rotating tank; the tank in a vacuum state, to heating by inject steam or hot water; heat through the tank wall in contact with the wet material. After the wet material absorb the heat ,the moisture is pumped by a vacuum pump through the exhaust pipe. Since the tank body in a vacuum; and the rotating of tank to make the material constant up and down, inside and outside turning; it accelerated the drying rate of the material; improve the drying efficiency; to achieve uniform drying purposes.
