• Feeding method is inverter feeding, material feeding uniform and guided. Can produce Grain powder blends (including mixing ) plastics.
• Need to mix , add accessories when you fill in , the host can be installed mixing drum , with automatic screw feeding machine, fully automatic mixed feeding.
• Dual energy from temperature control, cooling air ring barrel to achieve precise control of temperature automatic , transparent materials and primary materials effectively avoid the cast, uneven color and so on.
• Raw materials and the specific requirements for the customer to select a single exhaust , dual exhaust , or vacuum strong emission , which can effectively avoid particle generation cellular plastic , bubbles, etc. , and not shiny .
• Pelletizer over the material surface made of stainless steel and chrome plating , pneumatic material, imported material cutter , cut neatly ensure uniform particles.
• When the particles require a higher moisture content , optional dual-channel closed-loop absorption machine, dehydration rate of 95 %.
• Stainless steel breeze rewinding device and granulator outlet connections , automatic rewinding .
• Electric power from 20kw ~ 160kw, ( power factor of 0.3 to 055 ) . Machine weight from 1t ~ 5.5t. Placed in the form of a straight line display. Area of the plane is usually (1.2m ~ 1.8m) * (7m ~ 10m).
• Former machine factory , according to the state of 1:1 production test machine . Customers need to prepare the appropriate main power plant , cooling circulating water, compressed air.
