  Fiberglass Chopped Strand Mat is made by chopping continuous strands into chopped strands which to be spreaded out randomly and evenly, then bonding them together with powder or emulsion binder.

 

 

Individual packaging:each roll is wound on a cardboard tube(inner diameter 76mm or 80mm)and protected by a plastic bag, then be put into a carton.

 

Each pallet contains 12or 16 rolls with tpe of  or 4*4 .

 

Static stacking of the pallets is possible up to one high.

  It’s mainly applied to boat, auto parts, various pannel, housings.

 

 It is suitable for the applications by hand lay-up FRP moldings, such as: various sheets and panels, boat hulls, bath tubs, cooling towers, corrosion resistant, vehicles etc..
