Thermo Bonded PolyFill is essentially used in garments, Madeups & Insulation or other items, where WASHABILITY & FIRE RETARDANT is important. It is produced through adhesion of fibre by means of heat and pressure (thermo-bond PolyFill). Usage of Thermoboned Polyester Wadding is increasing these days.

1. Chemical Bonded Polyester Wadding (PVA & Acrylic Binders)

2. Thermo-Bonded Polyester Wadding (Low Melt Fibre)

3. Mechanically Bonded (Needled Wadding -100% PSF, 0% Binding Agent) to let our customers choose the best as per their requirements.

We also produce Compressed Thermobonded Polyfill for Chair Pads, Mattress, Insulation and other applications.
