Industrial Usage and Wood, Coal, Biomass Fired Hot Water Boiler:

 

DZL series hot water boiler is the kind of horizontal, three-pass, and fire & water tube, ready assembly boiler; water wall tubes are arranged along both sides of the inner furnace; it is equipped with high efficiency cyclone, and dust concentration can meet the environmental requirements of second-class area; equipped with Induced Draft Fan and Forced Draft Fan; the new technology of Thread Smoke Tube, Arched Tube Plate, Aerofoil Flue and Supply Water Injection is adopted.

 

Operational Principles: 

Fuel falls onto the grate from fuel scuttle, and then the fuel is carried by the grate to the furnace tank for burning; smoke first passes the burner chamber, up along the combustion chamber it enters the front smoke box, then by the front smoke box travels into the rear smoke box, and then the smoke is induced by the induced draft fans to pass through the flue pipe, the de-dusting apparatus and the chimney, and then finally is discharged into the air.
