      The Product Description      

The Brief Introduction of Biomass Boilers: 

 

Features:

          1). Rapid assembly, single boiler chain grate boilers;

 

          2). Suited to shaped biomass burning, rich and wheat husk, wood pellet, wood chip, etc;

 

          3). Fuel economizer placed on the back part of the boilers;

 

          4). Discharged ash and slag used directly as fertilizer;

 

          5). Equipped with blowing machines and induced draft fans, as well as spiral slag              extractors;

 

The equipment is complete with: firepot, separator (suited to gas and solid), the recycling device for solid fuel, superheater, reheater, fuel economizer and air preheater, etc.

 

The Requirements for Grain Size: the coal should contain little fragments; the proportion of the grain which is less than 3mm should not exceed 30%, and the largest grain should not be over 30mm.

The Requirements for Shaped Biomass: moisture less than 15%; density: 800~1100kg/m3; the fuel piece size: 32x32x(30~80)mm, or the stick size as 30x(30~80)mm.

The Biomass Boiler is equipped with firepot, separator (suited to gas and solid), the recycling device for solid fuel, superheater, reheater, fuel economizer and air preheate, etc.

   Before the products leave our factories, our company will undertake all the matters relevant to boilers such as equipment decoration in boiler room and also perfect, free-charge service will be offered by us until the turn-key project.    In the manufacturing process, clients are quite welcome to our factory to examine the actual quality and to carry out the follow-up inspection.
