WORK PRINCIPLE:

 

Weiliang grain dewatering drying all-in-one machine,centrifugal force make slurry passes feeding hole flowing into the subdivision wiping off water quickly, the water wiping off passes the bottom drain-pipe, otherwise, the grain material passes the rotor elevation speed transporting to the discharge hole by spiral fashion, and the auxiliary hot air also can pass the upper of driver to produce countercurrent with granular material, also hot air can clear water vapor rapidly because of granulate material centrifugal high-speed revolution, so that the material becoming more and more dry, the whole process need only several seconds. Finally, the material which less than 0.05 moisture discharges into the packaging machine rapidly.
