Main structure of host machine

1. 1pcs return roll: φ400×2000×2400mm

   Roll body is seamless steel pipe, thickness is 12mm, covered by rubber. Rubber thickness is 25mm. Shaw 95º±2.

1.1.        The return roll stand is adjustable, cast iron.

1. 2.      Cylinder part: It is consist of 3set cylinder mould and equipments

2.1.        3pcs dryer cylinder: φ1250×1950×2400mm. Spoke is cast iron. Stainless steel around the plate.

2.2.        3pcs couch roll: roll body is seamless steel pipe. Thickness is 12mm. Covered by rubber. Rubber thickness: 25mm. Hardness is 35—38º

2.3.        Felt carrier roll: φ159×2000×2400mm. Roll body is seamless steel pipe, Thickness is 12mm. Surface is chromeplate. Bearing is 208, 209 type.

2.4.        There are 3set removable shower pipe at wire part

2.5.        There are 3set dryer cylinder and couch roll stand. All of them are cast iron.

2.6.        4pcs vacuum pump made in iron. The plate is polymer polyethylene panel.

Pre-press bottom roll: 2pcs φ400×2000×2400mm. Roll body is cast iron. Covered by rubber. Rubber hardness is 25mm. Rubber hardness is 75⁰—80⁰

3.4.        Press part up roll: 2pcs φ550×2000×2400mm, Roll body is natural granite. Polished surface. Static balance processing.

Press part bottom roll: 2pcs φ500×2000×2400mm. Roll body is cast iron. Covered by rubber. Rubber thickness is 25mm. Rubber hardness is 90º±2. Static balance processing.

3.5.        Felt guide roll is φ159×2000×2400mm. Roll body is seamless steel pipe. Wall thickness is 12mm. Surface is chromeplate. Bearing is 208 and 209 type.

3.6.        Spread roll is φ173×2000×2400mm. Roll body is seamless steel pipe. Wall thickness is 12mm. Covered by rubber and rubber

thickness is 15mm.  Bearing is 208 and 209 type.

3.7.        3set pneumatic pressure device. There are 2pcs air cylinder and 1pcs air control box for each set.

3.8.        Equipped with 2set main press blade device.

3.9.        Will equipped with the manual tensioner, manual corrector, felt trasher(including motor)

3.10.      Equipped 1set felt low pressure double face shower pipe.

1. 4.   Dryer part: It is consist of 2pcs φ2500 cylinder and 6pcsφ1500 cylinder.

4.1.        2pcs cast iron dryer cylinder: φ2500×2000×2400mm. . Surface hardness is above 210°, static balance processing. Bearing type is 3113156.

4.2.6pcs cast iron dryer cylinder: φ1500×2000×2400mm. Surface hardness is above 210°. Static balance processing. Bearing type is 113536.

4.3. 1pcs touch roll: φ500×2000×2400mm. Roll body is cast iron. Covered by rubber. Rubber thickness is 25mm. Rubber hardness is 95º±2.

4.4. Equipped with full set felt guide roll: φ159×2000×2400mm. Roll body is seamless steel pipe. Surface is chromeplate. Bearing type is 208 and 209.

4.5.Spread roll is φ185×2000×2400mm. Roll body is seamless steel pipe. Wall thickness is 12mm. Covered by rubber. Rubber hardness is 15mm. bearing type is 208 and 209.

4.6.Pickup roll, spring roll is φ140×2000×2400mm. Surface is copper plating. Bearing type is 201.

4.7.Equipped with full set manual tensioner and manual corrector of dryer part according to engineer drawing.

4.8.7set blade device. There are 2set big cylinder blade device.

4.9.φ2500 dryer cylinder gear M=12, z=170, 2pcs. Equipped with bearing, bearing pedestal, intake head. siphon pipe, Gear safety shield.

φ1500 dryer cylinder gear M=10, z=180, 6pcs. Equipped with bearing, bearing pedestal, intake head, siphon pipe.

4.10.      2pcs touch roll pneumatic tyre. φ500mm including air control box.

1. 5.     Drive part: This machine is virable frequency, section drive. Equipped with reducer motor, coupling, pinion on each drive point. Motor and reducer motor type as below

1. 6.     Steam hood part: First cylinder is double aluminium sheet steam hood.
2. 7.     Basic part: This machine ground rail of wire part is Single trough rails. Press part is three trough rail, dryer part is single trough rail. Drive part is single trough rails with full set fang bolt, sizing block, tapered iron.
