Properties and advantages

 

This line uses AS-S80/165 or AS-S92/188 WPC specail used conical screw exruder

The down stream equipment include vacuum calibration and cooling unit, huall-off unit, cutting machine and stacker

The calibration unit is equipped with large froced cooling system so that it can provide perfect calibration effect

The huall-off unit is caterpillar style. The lower one is fixed and the upper one can be adjusted according to plate size

The cutting machine is able to provide accurate automatic cutting

The stacker is affiliated with material cart and rubber protection layer to prevent it from damage

Can choose laminiting machine to make the final bord with wood door effect
