1.Technical design:

Chapter5 Quality Promises

1.  The seller should ensure that the products they offer are brand-new and unused. The equipment should be made of suitable material and under latest design. We will design and manufacture the machine strictly according to the technical requirements signed by two sides and national and industry standards of paper machine.
2. After the production line is installed and debugged under the correct guidance of seller, they should assure that the whole line will produce qualified products 7days after feeding operation and reach the technical specification specified requirements within 30 day
3. The supplier will appoint 1~2 technicians to install at the spot and ensure the installation under safety on time. The buyer will be responsible for the salary and accommodation of the technicians.
4. The seller should ensure the equipment they offer are safe to use and no hidden dangerous.
5. Quality assurance date: the quality assurance will be carried out based on the contract.
6. The seller need to ensure that within the quality assurance date set in the contract, they will be responsible for any fault, breakdown, damage of the production line aroused by the seller's responsibility of the design, technical craft, manufacturing, installation, debugging, or the fault of material.
7. During the quality assurance period, the buyer can make request to change once they find that the difference between goods and what signed in the contract or proof of fault.
8. The seller should ensure that the spare parts of paper machine can be used universally and meet the requirements of systematization, standardization, generalization. 

Chapter 6 Guarantee of mechanical behavio

1.Under normal operation, the life of key parts mainly refer to that the dryer, rack, touch roll, driving bear etc meet the rules of national relevant departments.

2.The manufacturing standard and requirements of products: the products seller supply should meet the relevant national standards and industry related provisions. (see appendix one).

3.The quality problem aroused by the improper operation and manufacturing craft will be undertaken by the buyer.
