Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are professional VR glasses,led projector factory in China,with R&D department, whole production line,QC department,sales team and after-sales branches.

Q2: What is your MOQ and can I order some samples to check your product quality at first?
A: Usually our MOQ is 100pcs for each model, samples can be sent for your actual checking, please tell us the model number you are interested in, the qty for each model needed and your detailed address to receive products so that we can we make PI for you soon.

Q3: How about your packages? Can we put our logo or print on the packages?
A: Our regular packages are neutral blister packing without logos, OEM/ODM are welcome in our factory, so we can print on your logo or print by silk printing, etc. For further details, please send us an inquiry.

Q: What is your payment terms and how can I place an order?
A: We can receive payment via TT, Paypal, etc. For mass production, 30% deposit to confirm the order, and 70% payment to be paid after production finished. For samples, 100% payment to prepare the samples delivery.

Q4: How about your lead time?
A: For samples, it could be 3-5 days to prepare them. And for OEM mass production, it may take 7-20 days depending on your order qty and our production schedule. For ODM orders, please send us inquiry indicating your ideas and requirement so that we can talk in details.

For warranty,what we offered is one year,If you are in domestic market,you can send us back to factory directly.

Our after sale service will help you to deal with it well,then contact with you to send you goods in time.

If you are overseas market,we can send you replacement  to you directly ,If you can not deal with it by your side,you also can choose to send it back to our factory,our team will help you to repair it well,And send you back on time.
