1.  What's your sample cost?  How to send sample cost?   

It depends on how many pieces and which product you'd like to check, usually we charge 50USD as sample cost. 

You can send by Paypal account, or west union, or creat a Escrow order

YES, we will,  but it must be not less then our MOQ.
