1. Product Introduction

Cleaner agent (covering agent) is made by certain particle size perlite ore after special processing,being sprinkled in the fresh-baked steel (iron) water surface.Then the perlite volume is rapidly expanded of 4-30 times with slag-off, insulation work,etc.So we call it cleaner agent,instead of the foundry industry which has been using straw ash or asbestos plaster as molten iron cover,cleaner insulation material.In foundry production,we opened new areas of perlite application.

2.  Product features

Insulation performance is good, in general,can reduce 20% -30% of molten iron cooling rate.

Good residue collection performance, easy slag-off, good for hot metal purification.

3.  Operational mode

Remove most clinker on molten iron ladle: sprinkle clearner agents of 0.2%  molten iron on liquid,then use slag rake to flip and pick cinder.

Cover: Slag-free liquid metal is by 0.3% slag-off agent of heat collected salg,scattered on liquid to be formed 40mm of heat-insulation layer, and then pouring molten iron.For the ball iron,slag-off out of iron should should be second;

Nodulizer coverage: use perlite clearner agents of 0.2%  molten iron covering on nodulizer, so can instead of ferrosilicon to delay and weaken balling reaction.If we use the excessive,resulting balling non-eruption and we take an iron bar to poke the balling to erupt.
