Aluminum flexible connection consists of the following two kinds of molding:

1, the aluminum foil laminated portion are pressed together through the current hot pressure welding molding by molecular diffusion bonding  .

Materials: high-quality 0.05~0.3mm thick aluminum foil.

2, the aluminum foil laminated portion are pressed together using silver-based brazing and welding molding flat copper block.

Materials: high-quality 0.05~0.3mm thick aluminum foil.

1.Supply copper & aluminum flexible connectors, bare copper braided wire and tin-plating braided wire.

 

2.The surface treatment for copper flexible connectors and braided wire is end or whole tin-plating and silver-plating.

 

3.Surface treatment for aluminum flexible connectors is end tin-plating and silver-plating, chip and the whole anodized.

 

4.And we can put high and low voltage heat shrink tube to the products according to customer’s requirement.
