The characteristics:
·Ladle turret: Straight arm type, with automatic weighing device, emergency driven unit and driven by electric motor.
·Tundish and tundish car: Two options are gantry type tundish car and cantilever type tundish car. For the gantry type, it’s safe and reliable, but there is some limit on operator’s vision. For the cantilever type, it can be moved faster and give the operator good vision.
·Copper mould assembly: It’s the heart of continuous casting machine, and we adopt the most advanced European technology. The products are used by well-known steel mill both at home and abroad.
·Mould vibrating device: Mechanical type and hydraulic type. For mechanical type, the cost would be reduced compared with hydraulic type. For hydraulic type, it’s reliable and easy for maintenance.
·Withdrawal and straightening device: The straightening process adopts the gradually straightening technology. The rollers are driven by three-ring reducers and hydro-cylinder.
·Cutting device: Two options are flame cutting type and hydraulic shear type. For the flame cutting, the weight of the device is light, and with no limit on the billet size. For the hydraulic shear, it’s efficient and lower loss.
·Electric control system: This system uses Simens PLC control scheme, carrying on the surveillance by a computer.
