1. Q: Are you a factory or trading company ?

    A: We are a factory that has more than 7 years for the lockets and pendant  jewellry manufacturer.

2. Q: How can I visit your factory ? Where is it located?

    A: Our factory is located in Dongguan City, China. You can fly to Shenzhen Baoan International  Airport directly. then take the bus directly to our factory. You are warmly welcome to visit us!

3. Q: How can I get some samples?

    A: You just need to pay the transportation expenses to get the samples.

4. Q: How does your factory do to control quality ?

    A: We regard quality as life and have our QC team.

         For   IQC: Three people.

         ICQC: Four people

         IPQC: Five people

1. Q: If I buy more, will there be any discount?

A: 1.According to our company’s regulation, there is no any discount for customer, but for further business relationship with new customers: There is concessional price for order quantity above 500 pcs.

2. for old customer: preferential price detail can talk with us for any orders at any time!

2. Q: When can I receive item after made payment?

A: Normally, we will send it by DHL, FEDEX, and it takes about 3~5 days arrive.

3. Q: I still have not received the item after 5 days, what should I do?

A:Maybe your address is not scope DHL,FEDEX,If you still have not received it by then,Pls contact us by TM or email.

4. Q: What I received is different from picture, how can I do?

A:The picture show only some of our samples,also design must confirm with sample before book order, but it exists permissible deviation in some sense. Still not satisfied with it, please contact with us in the process of producing.

B:Mostly,our size is normal,please confirm the size with us before order,Any yourself idea size,please make a deal with us,

C:If we sent size different with before,please contact with us soon,we will remark the designs,will post correct size to you or send you gether with next order,

5.Q:I received the item in broken, what should I do?

A:Every item before shipping is well inspected,though we packed well, it still can't be avoid because of rough handling by shipping worker. In this case, please contact us and let me know how many quantity in broken, please email us, we will make notes to freight forwarders about this next order.
