4. Training
The Buyer could send their operators to the Seller’s factory for training, including machine operation, maintenance & simple repairs.
Against the requests of the Buyer, the Seller’s technician could train the Buyer’s operators in the Buyer’s factory in the periods of installing & adjusting.
The training is free of charge for 7-10 days from engineer starting work in buyer’s factory. If the buyer needs more training, buyer should charge $100 per day for per person.
The buyer should get every preparation work done before engineer arrival for machine installation. Such as Water, Electricity Power Connection, Air, Plastic Materials etc.
If the preparation work is not completed while engineer arrives,the additional working days for engineer will be born by buyer.
5. Guarantees’
The guarantee time is one year after the machines normally works at the Buyer’s factory.
After the Guarantee period is over, the seller should still provide services to the buyer in case need arises. The buyer affords the hotel,food and air ticket.
After the Guarantee period is over, The buyer will charge $100/day for engineer service.
6.Inspection
Seller should issue or apply workable invitation letter so that buyer can apply China visa.
Seller should inform of the exact inspection dates so that buyer can make arrangements in advance.
Seller should do proper preparation of inspection so that buyer can make the inspection at once, when the buyer reaches seller’s factory.
If buyer has some special inspection program, they should inform the seller in advance so that the seller can arrange it in advance.
Buyer can make both in-line and final inspection. If buyer does not want to do the in-line inspection, then seller should inform the buyer about the progress in the machine with appropriate pictures and videos
The seller is required to inform the buyer about the status of the machinery on a monthly basis.
Seller affords all the expenses of the inspection, which includes plastic material, power, workers and other needed facilities to the satisfaction of the buyer
Final inspection should last enough time in order to test every parameter requested by the buyer.
The buyer will test all different molds on the machines to check the quality of all products.
Machines output should reach the following level when buyer does final inspection for normal vertical tank design.
