After-sales service: Hisent have built the after-sales systems in following countries: the U.S., Slovakia, Italy, Spain, Brazil, Norway, and Australia. In these countries, we have at least one brewmaster can offer the after-sales service, and they have some spare parts of the equipments . They check the equipment regularly and they are capable to deal with the usual problems that can ensure the normal operation of the equipment.Equipment maintenance is completely for free in warranty period, and we will charge corresponding fee after the warranty period.

Our warranty period is 3years! The warranty of our equipment is 3 years while most of manufacturers in China is only 1 year. We have strong confidence in our equipment, so we can warrant for 3 years.
