Care&Clean

Dust and dirt	Removal it by scrub-brush dipping hot soap-suds
Mildew stain	Removal it by das mettle or bleaching water that is used for cleaning mildew stain on wooden products.Or you can wipe it off directly by cleaning ball
Spoor of chalk	Except white chalk,it is impossible to wipe it off once it has signed on wpc product .but you can Scrape it off with hot soap-suds mixed bleach agent
Ice and snow	To buy calcium chloride or rock salt to melt ice and snow ,then wipe it off by washing with hot soap-suds
Stain,dirt and dung -hill	Can be removed by plaster cleaning products that containing oxalate or phosphoric acid for 10-15 mins
Oil stain	Wipe it off immediately by cleaning products mixed with hot soap-suds as soon as find oil stain on WS flooring plank

Manufacturer Process

G&S WPC board flooring is made by special process (Extrusion) from disused plant fiber (wood/ bamboo powder) and high density polyethyne (HDPE). All the product process is based on high temperature and high pressure under the supervise of our technician to make sure the good quality and natural&elegant looks of our blank skateboard decks wholesale products.

The main process is as following:
Mixing, Granulation,Extrusion
And then there will be embossing/sanding and cutting to complete. We can embossed natural wood texture, and cut them into different length.
