Product Description

Structures and principle:

The governor motor drives the rumbier to rotate.when adjus the rotational speed to the iddle one ,the materials enter the tumbler from the top and even spread the rumblerwall .when the rotational speed rise to the high one ,the liquid passes through the filter cloth and the rumbler wall holes and is thrown out under the funcion of the centrifual force .The solid remain in the bowl.

After the drum reduces to the low speed ,the rotational scrape the solid from the tumbler wall and the solid is discharged from the bottom of the centrifugal machine .

Characteristics and function:

SG tri-foot hand scraper under-discharging centrifuge discharges at the bottom, operates intermittently.The hand scraper can make discharge convenient. SG tri-foot hand scraper under-discharging centrifuge is suitable to separate suspension in which the solid phase particle is eaqual or bigger than 0.01 mm.The solid phase can be granulous, crystallizated, fibrous and other forms. SG tri-foot hand scraper under-discharging centrifuge also can use for dehydration of yarn, textile,etc.

Application:

It is applicable to the separation of suspension containing solidphase granules with the diameter greater than 0.01mm and especially applicable to the filtering of toxic and flammable materials. It has wide applications in chemical, pharmacy, food, light industry and defense industries ect.. such as gypsum, thiamine, mirabilite, ferric sulfate, copper sulfate, nickel sulfate, potassium chloride, acetic acid, borax, soda, rubber additives, dye, plastic raw material, soap, grease, all kinds of resins, food salt, sodium glutamate, food additives, starch sugar-making, vitamins, antibiotics, herbicide, insecticide, the dehydration of such mineral fines as copper, zine, aluminum etc..
