Based on China's situation, SD, LD serials hanging bag up discharging Centrifuge has also referred to an imported sample machine. Driven by a clutch, the centrifuge is controlled by frequency conversion system to gain a stable start. The power is transferred to the drum by a clutch by V-belt to make the drum revolve around its axis at a high speed, and a centrifugal force field is generated. When the material to be separated enters the revolving drum lined with filter bag through feeding pipeline, and it is distributed evenly in the drum wall for a centrifugal filtration under the effect of centrifugal force. Drilling through the gap between the solid material and filter net(or a filter bag), the liquid phase is thrown into the empty chamber of the shell through the drum wall aperture, then discharged while the solid phase remains in the filtration bag.
when the machine is off, open the upper cover with a especially designed balancing device, then pull out the cover pin and get the filter cake from the centrifuge for discharging after it is shut down. There is a washing pipeline on the cover to clean the material.
Main characteristics:
.The centrifuge has a novelty structure while it adopts the fast-loading hanging bag discharging and its operation is convenient ,swift and laborsaving.
2.Having adopted whole sealing structure, the centrifuge is able to improve the working condition, avoid a crossed pollution of the materials and meets the requirement of GMP Norm and environmental protection. The facility is filled with nitrogen to meet the explosion proof demand.
3.A large cover is adopted for the convenience of discharging and the thorough cleaning of the space between the shell and drum.
4.It saves labor and energy resources because of the machine balancer equipped on the cover.
5.Frequency conversion system is adopted to assure a stable start-up. Program can be predetermined to ensure a complete automatic process including feeding, filtering, washing and discharging etc. It adopts dynamic (feedback) braking without friction powder pollution and friction heat, so it is much safer.
6.Since the inner and outer surface have been polished, no dead angle left and completely transited smoothly, an optimal washing effect can be achieved when a CIP cleaning structure(material cleaning and machine cleaning) is available.
7.It has a good universality and wide applicability, and the grains will not be destroyed at random.

Standard configuration:
PLC plus Frequency conversion, dynamic braking, standard filter bag equipped in the centrifuge, vertical common motor (or explosive proof type), common transmission v-belt, safe cover (stainless steel) outfit the motor and belt, damp shock absorber, a suit of suspending tools.
Selection:
1.Stud type structure (chassis is welded with shell body in a whole ).
2.No Frequency conversion control system but clutch starting-up and manual braking equipment.
3.Drum adopt5 carving stainless steel.
4.Gas outlet, nitrogen intake or other requirements according to the user.
Standard structure:
It adopts platform structure, with out shell welded with chassis. Adopting quick open structure, shell cover is fixed to shell body with flange. Balancing vat assistance (spring) is applied to open the cover. Shell cover is equipped with feeding pipeline, washing pipeline, sight glass, viewing light, vent and so on. The outer connecting pipes all adopt standard flange.
The main mater:
Slab adopts Q235 covered with stainless steel. Revolving drum also adopts stainless steel except the bottom drum HT covered with stainless steel. Shell body (including attached facilities) both adopts stainless steel. Axle block adopts cast steel or cast iron covered with stainless steel while the balancing spring vat uses Q235.
Material Select:
For the purpose of anti-erosion, other materials may be applied according to the user request, such as SUS316, 316L, 321. 304~ -titanic material, Haynes alloy ,lined rubber, spray F46 and spray Halar etc
