Property: colorless semitransparent column-shape crystal, efflorescence easily, soluble in water, insoluble in alcohol, water solution appears weak alkaline. It decomposed to sodium pyrophosphate when it is heated to 250ºC. Specific gravity:1.63, Melting point: 34.6ºC.
