Machine introdustion---repacking machine

Poly bag secondary packaging machine is to pack pouches of grains and powders into pre-formed bags. The machine is Fully Automatic in nature. These machines replace high cost manual and disorderly packaging. This automates the entire secondary packing process and saves labor, time and space. It is an extremely Efficient and Cost-Effective Solution for all the Secondary Packaging Requirements.

This machine is suitable for granule products automatic secondary packaging packing the small pouches into big plastic bag.

Production process---repacking machine

Primary Packed Product Weight Checked through Primary Check Weigher → Horizontal conveyor belt for collecting the finished pouches → slope arrangement conveyor will make the pouches flat before counting → Acceleration belt conveyor will make the adjacent pouches leaving enough distance for counting → counting and arranging machine will arrange the small pouches as requirement → the small pouches will load into the Bulk VFFS bagging machine → Bulk VFFS bagging machine seal and cut the big bag → belt conveyor will take the big bag under the machine → Secondary Check Weigher check the weight of Final Bag.
