The packing line is composed of Bulk material can be packed by packing machine,then the packed bag will be shaped,sorted,and filled in order into carton.After that,the carton will be sorted by sorting device,sealed by sealing machine,strapped by straping machine,and output at last.

1.carton forming machine 

Capacity : 8-12 Cartons/min. 

The cartonboard vertically in the quick loading stock which has space for more than 100 pcs ( be different according to the thickness of the carton).

Sucking up the cartonboard to the carton holder though a mobile mechanical movement, 

The tape glue is applied on the bottom flaps folding for sealing

Safety controls:

-When cartonboard are not fed in properly

-When drive motors are overload

-When safety guards are opened

-When air pressure in undersized

All touching part with the pouches are made of stainless or rust protected material.

The machine is controlled by a micro computer( also called PLC).

2. carton filling machine

Composed of:

-  Infeed conveyor for pouches

-  plastic bag stock 

Product to be wrapped:  pouches

Pack collation:  specified quantities pouches in carton

Before filling, clamping and feeding plastic bag into carton for protecting pouches from dust and moist.
