Beer fermenters introduction:
After filtration to remove coagulum cold wort flow from nozzle on the bottom of the Equipment into the tank, then inoculated with yeast for fermentation. The heat produced during fermentation will take fermentation heat away through refrigerant in the cooling jacket, enables the fermentative process to be carried on stably. The wort temperature, Yeast recruitment, ventilation volume, fermentation time and aging time of the fermentation process are subject to the fermentation process requirements. Operating temperature in the Tank is -1 ~ 15°C, working pressure on tank top is 0.09Mpa.
After the wort fermenting liquor reach the technological requirement, first discharge the sediment yeast, then eliminated fermenting liquor, after the liquid to be emptied, clean
the equipment wall and and accessories completely, preparing for the next fermentation.

Beer brewing tanks structure features:
1.The tank bottom shape:
Bottom of the tank is conical head with cone angle of 60 ° and a folding, conducive to precipitation of yeast, facilitate the discharge of yeast.
2.Tank shape:
The tank is cylindrical with certain height, which can make fermenting liquor natural convection form top-down or bottom-up, is advantageous in temperature control.
3.The jacket structure:
The jacket body of this equipment is divided into multiple segments for respectively cooling, the first and secend parts of the body adopt stamping formation plug welded dimplejacket, generally as far as possible big area. In the fermentation process the cooling can be settled by pouring refrigerant segmented or the entire jacket according to changes of temperature inside the tank to meet the requirements of the fermentation temperature.
4.washing system:
The structure of CIP washing system on tank top will enable the washing water and CO2 gas into a common pot, but also to ensure that their respective pressure and flow into the tank.
5. Dosing system:
The tank is equipped with inlet for hops and CO2 to adapt to different process requirements.
6.The safety accessories:
Tank top equipped with a safety valve, When the tank pressure exceeds the working pressure reach to 0.095Mpa, the safety valve automatically opens and vents and decompresses, after decompression the safety valve closes automatically, when the tank internal pressure drops to - 0.002Mpa, valve prevents the vacuum opens automatically and sand the air in to the tank in oder to balance internal and external pressure of tank and ensure that equipment will be not deflated and damaged.
7.The monitoring system:
The tank is equipped with a temperature connector, can measure and control the fermenting liquor temperature inside the tank at any time
The tank is equipped with a site thermometer, easy to local observation
A sample valve is equipped at easy operating site of the tank, can regularly samples and analysis the fermenting liquor
