Material	SS304 or SS316( steel plate can be choosed for outer material)
Roughness	The inner material is mirror finished to 0.3-0.4um, in order to avoid the breed and pollution by yeast bacteria.
The pressure performance	1).The testing pressure is >0.3mpa. The working pressure is about 0.2mpa. 2).Gas pressure and water pressure(cooling jacket, inner tank, pipeline and accessories) , are tested three times, maintaining it >50H. There is no pressure relief and leakage.
Insulation material and performance	The insulation material is polystyrene foam. Its thickness is from 50mm to 150mm. Its heat conductivity coefficient is {kw/(m.k)}0.029-0.035, with low hydroscopicity, not easy to burn and high safety factor.
Washing and sterilization	There is fixed cleaning ball/rotating-spray cleaning ball/CIP automatic cleaning device.
Security guarantee	There is vacuum valve and connect with CIP system. It will be open to prevent the air and pollutant into the tank, when the inner gas volume changes due to the temperature changing and negative pressure. Safety valve: It will be open to ensure it’s a normal pressure and improve the safe performance, when the inner pressure is greater than the normal fermenting pressure.
