 epoxy powder coating features:

1.Strong adhesion of epoxy powder coating, especially for metal; 

2. Paint film mechanical performance is good, high hardness, scratch resistance, corrosion resistance; 

3. low melt viscosity, good flowing property, basic no pinhole coating and shrinkage cavity defects; 

4.many design and color, epoxy powder coating can be made without light, light, decorative pattern, hammer, etc. 

5. a coating thickness of the coating epoxy powder coating can be up to 50-300 microns, for not coated powder, can be recycled again; 

6. Epoxy powder paint coating equipment requirement is high, the investment is big, need complex and sophisticated equipment.

Application :

Epoxy powder coating is not suitable for poor heat resistance of the substrate, because the baking curing temperature is higher, up to 140 ℃, can be used for electrical switchgear, electronic instrumentation, silicon metal and other decorative protection, motor rotor or copper platoon of electrical insulating protection, kitchen appliances, automotive, shipbuilding, construction materials, underground facilities such as corrosion and rust

Metallic(Gold,Silver) effect, chrome (Red,blue,Green,Purple )effect, smooth effect, Art textures ( Smooth, Sandy, Hammer, Wrinkle, Chorm ,Metallic ) effect and so on.

1. Minimum order required:
We are the powder coating manufacture, so we accept the M.O.Q 500 kgs of each other, at least 2 colors once.

2.Price:
It depend on the colors and environment which it will be used.(indoor or outdoor). Generally speadking we offer the price base on FOB NINGBO or SHANGHAI Port.

3.Delivery terms:
Our producction is 8000kgs per day,it will need 3-7 days according your quantity final

4.Packge
Our powder box size: 44x30.5x25.8cm,25kgs per carton, 250cartons take 10CMB

5.Payment:
We accept payment by bank transfer 70% T/T in advance. and 30% T/T before shipment or see the Scan of Origin B/L.

6.Customize the boxing
If you want to make your own design LOGO on the coating material carton, no problem ,if your quantity reach 2000 cartons, that is to say 50 tons we will make it FREE for you. If less than this quantity,you need pay the templet cost.

7.Samples:

We can according to customers requirment supply samples, but need customers pay the sample fee firstly , after customer confirm the sample and place the order , we will pay back the sample fee for our customer.
