A: The ceramic picture taken by real ones under light effect, the color might be in tiny difference from the real ones. Please contact us through the phone and we will shoot pictures for you directly for more details. Thanks for your kindly understanding.

 A: Yes, they are kilned under1100 to 1350 degree. Such a high temperature will make them very strong and durable lasts a lifetime.

 Q6: I received the item in broken, what should I do?

 A: Every item before shipping is well inspected. Though they are well packed, sometimes damage can't be avoid because of the rough handling during shipping. In this case, please contact us and let us know the quantity of broken, we will resend them to you with next order.
