The product is made of foreign advanced technology specifically for the plant where located in corrosive acid rain areas and re-designed a new generation of permanent roofing materials.
 
The product uses two or three-layer co-extrusion technology, a process completed, each layer materials have their own features, which surface materials for ultra-weather resin, to ensure product durability and resistance to chemical corrosion; intermediate materials for just a good material toughness special to ensure the strength at the same time, increase the rigidity; the underlying material is white ductile material, in order to increase the plant a sense of space and light intensity. Three kinds of different materials to give the product their own features, and the organically combined to make a new generation of anti-corrosion compound APVC sheet of corrugated sheet to solve the product durability, corrosion resistance, small rigidity, a sense of space and aesthetic issues.

1.  Long persistent color brightness:Jing Chuang ASA-PVC roof tile have strong weather ressitent in natural environment.Even long exposed under uv,moisure,high temperature,extreme cold weather,it can still keep stable color,which overcome the weakness of PVC.Based on the practical use,the color will not fade within 10 years,and change figure is indexE less than 5.

2. Super corrosion ressitence:our ASA-PVC roof tile can resist acid,soda,salt and all other chemical corrosion.The experiment has proved:the roof tile has no reaction soaked with acid and salt for 24 hours.

3. Strong fire retardant performance:The National Fire Prevention Authority Department has judged that the fire prevention is more than B1 level according to GB50222-1955.It belongs to difficult burning material and extinguishes automatically when it leaves fire.
