CALMAST CM360 is a compound of polymer resin, additives and Calcium carbonate (CaCO3) base, in which containing 75% of CaCO3 and 25% PP resin with some other additives. CALMAST CM360 is specialized for PP spunbond, nonwoven fabric.

Adding rate: from 20% to 40% by weight depending on the specific product and it is adjusted based on specific production and technology conditions.

Customer: Are you factory?
A DONG PLASTIC: Yes. We are a professional manufacturer with over 10 years experience. We have 2 factory for masterbatch producing.
There are more than 50 production workers and 20 quality inspection personnel in our factory.

Customer: How do I know your products better quality?

A DONG PLASTIC: You can use at the highest dose. Compared to the products of other suppliers. We have the quality product that you can use to check quality at 90-95% weight.

 
Customer: How can I visit your factory or office?
A DONG PLASTIC: Welcome your visit to A DONG PLASTIC. We have 2 big factory. The second factory is nearest airport, you only have to spend 45 minutes from airport.  Please try to contact our sales managers first by email or telephone and we will make the appointment and arrangement to pick you up as soon as possible.

Customer: Can the products be made with our logo or brand?
A DONG PLASTIC: Yes of course we can make. We are the manufacture for over 10 years and professional to make. But you need to give us the authorization if it is necessary. Further, please discuss with our sales executive.

Customer: How do i know the products’ quality and the packing ways are the bag we required?
A DONG PLASTIC: We have processes controlling each stage of production in the factory. Products may traceability: production workers, date, production shift. So the product quality is always guaranteed.

Customer: How do we make the payment?

A DONG PLASTIC: we usually accept the payment by T/T, L/C and other payment ways. We will confirm this when we conclude the order.

Customer: May I get your sample for free?
A DONG PLASTIC: Sure, you can get our free sample, express fee would be refunded.

Customer: How about the products packing?
A DONG PLASTIC: We packing 25kg/bag, 1200kg/pallet, 24 tons/20F container. 26 tons/20F container without pallet. Flexible packing according to the specific requirements of the clients.
